today my sister clearly articulated that I should write something about her; something that told the world what an amazing, talented, and unique person she is! of course she was joking so in the spirit of sibling playfulness I will but it won't be quite what she expects (wink)

The quote above could not have put the dynamics of the sister-sister relationship any better! would you be able to imagine a life with someone who knows your every button, all your self-perceived flaws, and has  thorough impeccable knowledge of your past and your short comings…you are probably thinking complicated…well let me finish the scenario: what if this person makes constant use of the points I mentioned previously just to remind you that they can??

YESSS it gets crazy and I don't mean drama comedy cute crazy..its full blown hannibal lecter crazy…as I reminisce on our childhood I remember clearly how she made use of my fear of the dark by turning off the lights of the room I'm in and then locking the door from the outside or how she would wait till I finish telling a story to tell everyone that I was lying or how we would chase each other around the house over tables and under beds for the remote control!!!

Just to be clear it was a two way street and I remember stealing her clothes (still do actually) and telling her stories about how she is adopted to make her cry (Seriously sis..you fell for it every time :PPP)

The other side of this relationship is clearly shown if someone tries to criticize her..and you turn into an "oh no biatch you didn't just say that about my sister" radda7a! and even if you still have strands of her hair in your hand you would defend her like a mama bear (literally claws and all)

Anyways Im lucky to have her because without her I wouldn't have anyone to tell me that I have too much make-up on or that I should really think again about my Facebook profile picture or for me to tease her about how everyone thinks I'm the younger sister :P

 Sis…I know you are not into touchy feely public demonstration of love but despite the fact that you do drive me crazy I think you really are an amazing, talented, unique person and you are like a sister to me :P
